Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1/2 Cup - Plain Greek Yogurt

  • Handful Spinach

  • 1 Banana

  • Scoop Protein Powder

  • 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice

Lunch Salad

  • 2 Cups Kale or Spinach

  • 3 Ounces Protein (chicken, lean meat, salmon, tofu)

  • 2 Tablespoons nuts/seeds

  • 1/2 Cup Chickpeas

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil based Dressing

Healthy Snack

  • Carrots and Bell Peppers Dipped in Hummus or Herbed-specked Greek Yogurt, and/or

  • Handful Raw/Unsalted Nuts


  • Fist-sized amount protein (fish, chicken, lean beef, tofu)

  • 1/2 Plate Vegetables (Steamed or Sautéed)

  • 1/2 Cup Whole Grains (Brown Rice or Quinoa)


  • 1 Ounce Dark Chocolate (100% Cacao)

  • 1/2 Cup Chia Pudding or Fruit

My name is Victoria 

Nutrition and health have always been a substantial part
of my life since I was young. As a child, I witnessed how my
family grew their own vegetables. I was inspired by how they were able to use foods that they grew and canned that would last throughout the entire year. Growing up in a large Italian family, homemade food was an essential part of our lives, so my passion for food and cooking has always been the cornerstone of how I live my life. Over the years, I’ve combined both my passion for cooking food with my degree in Nutrition to create the perfect balance between delicious and healthy meals.
